What is the difference between quality tracking and product tracing for medical devices?

I understand that quality tracking mainly refers to a quality (safety and efficacy) tracking for consumers after the product is sold; while quality tracing refers to the quality traceability throughout the entire production cycle of the product, from product design, raw material purchasing, production, inspection, warehousing, warehousing, sales, to the final use of the user's quality traceability.
