To transport dangerous goods, special vehicles with dangerous goods transport certificates and dangerous goods escort certificates must be used to transport them, and they must pass by at the prescribed time and route. To apply for registration of motor vehicle change, the following documents and vouchers shall be submitted, and the motor vehicle shall also be submitted for inspection under any of the circumstances mentioned in the preceding paragraph; In the case of items (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph, a certificate of motor vehicle safety technical inspection shall also be submitted:

If the owner especially likes the personalized effect and is ready to film or change the color of his car, he can apply to the vehicle management office for filing, take a new photo, update the vehicle file and registration card, and then go on the road. Otherwise, the traffic police road inspection will temporarily detain the illegal vehicle, order it to be restored to its original state, and may impose a fine on 200 yuan.
