Apply to the municipal administrative department of education for the qualification of internship instructors in senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools, and apply to the provincial administrative department of education for the qualification of teachers in colleges and universities.
Please apply for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teacher qualifications according to the following requirements:
I. Physical examination
Applicants need to prepare a 2-inch photo before on-site confirmation, download and print it by themselves, or collect the Physical Examination Form for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Sichuan Province from the window of Education and Sports Bureau of Nanjiang County Government Affairs Service Center, and go to Nanjiang County People's Hospital or Nanjiang County Chinese Medicine Hospital for physical examination at their own expense. Dinner must be light the day before the physical examination. Please don't eat (don't eat breakfast or drink water) on the morning of the physical examination, and go to the hospital for a physical examination on an empty stomach.
Second, on-site confirmation
1. Time: June 23, 2022-June 24, 2022 (09: 00 am-afternoon 12: 00 pm 1:30-5:00 pm).
2. Location: the window of the Education and Sports Bureau of Nanjiang County Government Affairs Service Center.
