Baijiu:
Baijiu, foreign name: Baijiu (Chinese Baijiu) , is the generic name for Chinese liquor (in addition to fruit wines and rice wines), also known as shaojiu (烧酒), laobaijian (老白干), and shaojizi (烧刀子), among others.
