The upload number on a Medicare reimbursement document is the identification number used to enter the document into the facility system during manual reimbursement.
The scope of manual insurance claims is as follows:
(1) (a) Medical expenses incurred by participants who have not received a social security card or who have lost their social security card, and who seek medical treatment with a Certificate of Receipt of New and Replacement (Exchange) Social Security Card.
(2) Medical expenses incurred by the insured person during the period of arrears in payment by the organization with the social security card.
(3) The medical expenses incurred by the participants in emergency medical treatment without holding the card and those incurred in other places.
The cases that need to be uploaded are:
(I), the city's diagnosis and treatment fees, medical service fees must be reported uploaded. It must be emphasized that (registered fees are not reimbursed)
(ii) , outpatient bills with both upload number and manual number in the enterprise version of the report as uploaded.
(c), the city clinic fees and uploaded bills together to declare, foreign clinic fees are declared separately.
