The total land area of the Convention and Exhibition Center is 34 hectares, with a planned total construction area of 150,000 square meters and ****6,000 booths. With a total construction area of 72,500 square meters (another 15,630 square meters of underground manned shopping mall), it has four exhibition halls with 922 international scale booths, four international conference halls with simultaneous interpretation and a 2400 square meters multi-function hall. There is also a 135-room hotel on the west side of the Convention and Exhibition Center, with a total floor area of 16,457 square meters, a 6-story slab-type building, 1-2 floors for the lobby, VIP reception rooms, restaurants, bars, business centers, customs and banks; 3-6 floors for the guest rooms, the hotel is also equipped with a rooftop garden and recreational and sports facilities. On the east side of the hotel lobby, there is a large multi-effect hall on the 3rd floor. The area can be up to 2700 square meters, the floor height is 14 meters, the net height is 9 meters. It can hold a meeting for 1800 people, a fashion show for 1500 people and a banquet for 1000 people. It can be used as the main venue for large-scale banquets, fashion shows and cultural and artistic movements, and also as a showroom. The second and third phases of the Convention and Exhibition Center have a land area of about 400 acres, with a total investment of 400 million yuan, of which the hotel part has a total investment of about 100 million yuan.
