If the problem is caused by Bluetooth service, you can follow the following steps:

1) You can enter "services.msc" again in the run window;

2) In the service setting window, find the "Bluetooth Support Service" service;

3) Click the right mouse button on the Bluetooth service to open "Properties";

4) Select "Manual" as the startup type, and click "Start" in the service status to start the service.

If you can't find Bluetooth in the device manager, it is recommended that you open the service settings, turn off the machine, press the power switch and keep clicking "F 1" on the keyboard, move to the "device"-"USB settings" option with the arrow keys, and click the "Enter" button on the keyboard to find the "Bluetooth" option. Please ensure that this option is "enabled".
