(2) The surface of the printing plate and plate cylinder (or plate sleeve) should be kept clean before applying the plate. This is because dust, rust, ink and other dirt will destroy the adhesive force of the paste plate tape, which will lead to poor adhesion of the printing plate, and the phenomenon of warping. It is advisable to use a high concentration of alcohol to clean the plates and sleeves, as other chemical solvents may cause corrosion of the plates and sleeves.

(3) paste the plate, paste the area of the tape should be larger than the area of the plate, that is, paste the edge of the tape should be larger than the edge of the plate Epson, which can greatly reduce the risk of warping.
