The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag to prevent it from collapsing, and at the same time it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake.
Commonly used materials are categorized into the following eight types:
1.? Acrylic dust bag

2, PPS dust bag
PPS needle felt is made of PPS fiber (polyphenylene sulfide) by three-dimensional needling of a filter material, can be used for a long time at a temperature of about 160 ° C. PPS fiber is also known as polyphenylene sulfide fibers, due to its special molecular structure, and has a very good chemical stability and strength of the integrity of the characteristics of the maintenance of the higher sulfur flue gas environment, the effect is particularly prominent, suitable for the higher sulfur flue gas environment. The effect is especially prominent, suitable for coal-fired boilers, electric power, waste incineration and other highly acidic flue gas filtration environment.
3, aramid bag
Aramid (common name: aromatic polyamide fiber), long-term temperature resistance of 204 ℃, instantaneous temperature resistance of 240 ℃, alkali resistance is very strong, acid resistance is moderate, is a good material to deal with high temperature gases of 180 ~ 220 ℃. Aramid needle punched filter media, widely used in iron and steel, cement, electric power, chemical industry, is an ideal filter material for flue gas dust removal.
4,?P84 high temperature dust bag
P84 needle felt P84 fiber three-dimensional needle punched and made of P84 fiber (i.e., polyimide fibers) has a very good resistance to high temperatures, high temperature up to 260 ° C, and the P84 fiber cross-section of the non-specification leaf shape, can greatly improve the filtration effect. The fiber itself also has a certain resistance to hydrolysis and oxidation. 5, PTFE dust bag
