Strengthen the casting, forging, welding, heat treatment and surface treatment and other basic technology research, strengthen the process of equipment and testing capabilities to enhance the quality of key components. Promote intelligent control systems, intelligent instrumentation, key components, precision mold innovation and development, the construction of a number of industry testing platform. Continue to promote high-grade CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment for the implementation of major scientific and technological special projects, the development of high-precision, high-speed, intelligent, composite, heavy-duty CNC workhorses and special machining centers, large-scale CNC forming stamping, heavy-duty forging, clean and efficient casting, new welding and heat treatment, and other basic manufacturing equipment, and as soon as possible to improve the technological level of China's high-grade CNC machine tools and major technology and equipment.
2, major intelligent manufacturing equipment. Around the advanced manufacturing, transportation, energy, environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources and other key areas of the national economy development needs, the organization and implementation of intelligent manufacturing equipment innovation and development projects and application demonstrations, integration and innovation of a number of intelligent molding and machining equipment, metallurgy and petroleum and petrochemical equipment, automated logistics equipment, intelligent paper and printing equipment, represented by process manufacturing equipment and discrete manufacturing equipment, to achieve intelligent and green manufacturing process. Adhere to the energy-saving cars and new energy vehicles, and further improve the traditional energy vehicles, energy saving and environmental protection and safety levels, accelerate the development of new energy vehicles such as pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles. To meet the demand for passenger and freight transportation and build a convenient, safe and efficient comprehensive transportation system as the guide, based on the construction of rapid passenger network, large capacity freight corridor and urban rail transit projects, vigorously develop with energy saving, environmental protection, safety advantages of the 200 km per hour class passenger locomotives, large-axle weight, long formation of heavy-duty freight trains, medium and low-speed magnetic levitation vehicles, new urban rail equipment and new service support equipment.
