2, photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a new method of treating tumors, precancerous lesions [6], proliferative skin diseases, vascular diseases [7] with photosensitive drugs and laser activation. Irradiating the lesion site with a specific wavelength can activate the photosensitive drug that selectively accumulates in the lesion tissue, triggering a photochemical reaction to destroy the lesion. The photosensitizing drug in next-generation photodynamic therapy (PDT) transfers energy to the surrounding oxygen, generating highly active singlet oxygen. Monomorphic oxygen can oxidize with nearby biomolecules, generating cytotoxicity and thus killing diseased cells. Compared with conventional therapies, PDT has the advantage of being able to provide precise and effective treatment, and the side effects of this therapy are minimal.
