What kind of equipment is laboratory freeze dryer?

Laboratory freeze dryer is also known as freeze dryer. Freeze dryer is a water-containing substances, the first frozen into a solid state, and then make the water from the solid state sublimation into a gaseous state, in order to remove the water and save the substance of the cold drying equipment.

Freeze dryer system consists of refrigeration system, vacuum system, heating system, electrical instrumentation control system. The main components are drying box, condenser, freezing unit, vacuum pump, heating/cooling device.

The working principle of the freeze dryer is to freeze the dry articles below the temperature of three-phase point, and then make the solid water (ice) in the articles sublimate into water vapor directly under the condition of vacuum to exclude from the articles, so as to make the articles dry. After pre-processing, the materials are sent to the quick-freezing bin for freezing, and then sent to the drying bin for sublimation and dehydration, after which they are packed in the post-processing workshop. The vacuum system establishes low air pressure conditions for the sublimation drying bin, the heating system provides sublimation latent heat to the material, and the refrigeration system provides the required cold volume to the cold trap and drying chamber. This equipment adopts high-efficiency radiant heating, the material is heated evenly; adopts high-efficiency water-catching trap, and can realize rapid frost; adopts high-efficiency vacuum unit, and can realize oil-water separation; adopts parallel centralized refrigeration system, multi-way cooling on demand, stable working condition, and favorable to energy-saving; adopts artificial intelligence control, with high control precision and convenient operation.
