1.0.1 In order to unify the ventilation and air conditioning project construction quality and acceptance, to ensure the safety and quality of the project, the development of this specification.
1.0.2 This specification applies to the acceptance of the quality of construction of ventilation and air conditioning works in industrial and civil buildings.
1.0.3 This specification should be used in conjunction with the current national standard "Uniform Standard for Quality Acceptance of Building Construction" GB 50300.
1.0.4 The engineering technical documents, contracting contracts, etc. used in ventilation and air conditioning projects shall not be lower than the requirements of this specification for the quality of engineering construction.
1.0.5 The acceptance of the construction quality of ventilation and air conditioning project should be in line with the provisions of this specification in addition to the provisions of the current national standards.

3.0.1 Acceptance of construction quality of ventilation and air-conditioning works shall be in accordance with the provisions of this specification, in addition to the approved design documents, contractual agreements.
3.0.2 Engineering modifications should be the design unit of the design change notice or technical approval. When the construction company to undertake ventilation and air conditioning engineering construction drawings to deepen the design, should be confirmed to the engineering design unit.
3.0.3 The main raw materials, finished products, semi-finished products and equipment used in the ventilation and air conditioning project should be in line with the design documents and the provisions of the current national standards, and shall not be used to prohibit the use of the state or eliminated materials and equipment. The acceptance of major raw materials, finished products, semi-finished products and equipment shall be in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) The acceptance of incoming quality shall be confirmed by the supervising engineer or the relevant person in charge of the construction unit, and shall form a corresponding written record.
(2) Imported materials and equipment should be provided with valid certificates of commodity inspection, Chinese quality certification and other documents.
3.0.4 Ventilation and air-conditioning project using new technologies, new techniques, new materials and new equipment, should be through the special technical appraisal and acceptance of the documents.
3.0.5 Ventilation and air-conditioning project construction should be carried out in accordance with the specified procedures, and should be with the civil engineering and other professional trades and work with each other; and ventilation and air-conditioning system related to the completion of the construction of civil engineering works should be constructed by the construction (or general contracting), supervision, design and construction units **** with the meeting inspection. The organization of the inspection would be appropriate by the construction, supervision or general contracting unit is responsible for.
3.0.6 Ventilation and air conditioning works in the hidden works, before the hidden should be supervised or construction unit acceptance and confirmation, if necessary, should leave the image data.
3.0.7 Acceptance of the construction quality of the ventilation and air conditioning works should be based on the actual situation of the project in accordance with the sub-division of the works listed in Table 3.0.7 and the sub-items included in the project are carried out separately. The prerequisite for qualified acceptance of the sub-division works is that the acceptance of the sub-division works to which the works belong should be fully qualified. When the ventilation and air-conditioning project is accepted independently as a unit project or sub-unit project, its divisional works shall be upgraded to unit project or sub-unit project, and its sub-divisional works shall be upgraded to divisional works, and the division of sub-divisional works shall still be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.0.7. Engineering quality acceptance records shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A of this specification.
