1. local therapy
(1) mydriasis: atropine or compound atropine amide.
(2) Corticosteroids: dexamethasone eye drops or subconjunctival injection.
2. Systematic therapy
(1) Corticosteroids: oral prednisone.
(2) Prostaglandin inhibitors: such as indomethacin.
(3) Antibiotics: Uveitis caused by tuberculosis, syphilis and leptospira should be treated accordingly.
3. Treatment of complications
(1) Secondary glaucoma: first reduce intraocular pressure, then control inflammation, and then operate.
(2) Complicated cataract: cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.
