Can I return the medical equipment?

The medical insurance reimbursement list is not provided by the Equipment Bureau, saying that there are many insurance reimbursements, and the over-reported part must be returned. According to the second paragraph of Article 30 of the Social Insurance Law, medical expenses shall be borne by a third party according to law. If the third party is unable to pay or cannot determine the third party, the basic medical insurance fund will pay in advance. After the basic medical insurance fund pays in advance, it has the right to recover from the third party. According to the law, the part that exceeds the insurance reimbursement must be returned.
