3.1.2 civil buildings according to the number of floors above ground or the height of the classification of the division should be in accordance with the following provisions:

1 residential buildings according to the number of floors: one to three floors of low-rise residential buildings, four to six floors of multi-storey residential buildings, seven to nine floors of high-rise residential buildings, ten floors and ten floors or more of the high-rise residential buildings;

2 in addition to the residential buildings outside the height of not more than 24 meters of the building.
