Ningbo-Taiwan Wenfu Railway is an important part of the coastal railway corridor. Its construction will constitute a convenient traffic passage between Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, which is of great significance for improving the layout of the national road network, connecting the two economic zones of the Yangtze River and the Pearl River Delta, and promoting the economic, social and comprehensive traffic development in Zhejiang.
The Yongtaiwen Railway has six stations in Wenzhou, namely Wenzhou South, Yongjia, Yueqing, Yandang Mountain and Shenfang. The Zhejiang section of Wenfu Railway passes through Ruian City, Pingyang County and Cangnan County to fenshuiguan at the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian, with a total length of 69.2 kilometers. Bridges and tunnels of this railway account for 78.84% of the total length of the line. It not only has the characteristics of mountain railway in deep mountain canyon, but also has the soil characteristics of coastal soft soil.
In order to overcome the two major difficulties of tunnels and bridges, the construction unit not only selects the best railway bridge and tunnel construction team in China, but also optimizes the design and adopts advanced technology and equipment in the design and construction. If the bridge structure has sufficient vertical, lateral and torsional stiffness, effective measures should be taken to ensure the safety and durability of the structure in view of the seawater corrosion of the structure and the influence of typhoons and waves on the steel members and steel bearings of the bridge; The tunnel over 6 kilometers adopts the world advanced design of laying ballastless track.
Post-construction settlement control of soft soil subgrade is a difficult point in the construction of Wenfu Railway. Combined with the engineering geological characteristics, the construction unit selected a representative test section for design and process test to observe its settlement; If the thickness of soft soil is too large and the settlement is difficult to meet the control requirements, the scheme of replacing road with bridge is adopted.
In the process of construction, environmental protection, water source protection and the main project are always placed in the same important position, and various measures are taken to effectively protect the coastal ecological environment and the natural landscape on both sides of the railway. The investment in ecological environment protection exceeded 654.38 billion yuan.
Step 3 frame the bridge
Breaking through many difficulties, a number of projects have been created. The design and construction of the first bay dock bridge is the first in China, which integrates the characteristics of three-phase transformation of five lines, station setting on the bridge, four-span expressway and bracket suspension irrigation construction.
Baimahe Bridge has achieved three world firsts and one domestic firsts. Because the diurnal tide difference of Baima River is seven or eight meters, the river surface is nearly two kilometers wide, the water is fast, and all kinds of geology overlap, and the covering layer is more than 20 meters deep, so the bridge construction is very difficult. Therefore, the design and construction of the bridge has the characteristics of novel bridge structure, large span, many piers and various structural forms. Among them, the bridge-building machine of the 64m beam of the super-large bridge weighs about 1800t, the single-hole beam of the 64m beam of the super-large bridge weighs about 3200t, the five-span rigid-frame continuous beam of the super-large bridge ranks first in the world, and there are 237 large-diameter piles of 2.5m above the water of the super-large bridge, ranking first in the country.
With a total length of 8 169.28 meters, Ningde Bridge is the longest cross-sea bridge in China. The topography and geology of the bridge are complex, and the construction difficulty is rare in China. The deep-water foundation construction scheme with international advanced level was adopted in the project construction, which effectively solved the problem of measuring accuracy control of the super-large bridge, and independently innovated the special equipment for lifting, transporting and erecting the box girder of the 900-ton passenger dedicated line, ensuring the quality and progress of the bridge construction. For the first time, a number of technical achievements widely used by foreign supervisors were introduced.
Wenfu Railway is the first railway project in China to select design and construction units respectively by design scheme election and consortium bidding.
For the first time, Wenfu Railway introduced foreign supervision units and established a Sino-foreign cooperative supervision model. Wenfu Railway is built according to the standard of "first-class engineering quality, first-class equipment level and first-class operation management". In the construction of the national railway passenger dedicated line, the first batch of foreign supervision units-Germany Obermeyer Engineering Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. were introduced to participate in the project construction supervision.
In the construction of Wenfu Railway, new technical achievements such as post-construction settlement control of foundation engineering under the track, design and construction of large-section bridges and tunnels have been widely used. Precision measurement network technology and construction project management information system were first implemented in Fujian coastal railway construction, and walked in the forefront of the national passenger dedicated line construction. On March 8, 2009, the track-laying project of Wenfu Railway, the first coastal express railway in Fujian Province, was completed, and Zhejiang and Fujian provinces will end the history of no railway connection. Subsequently, a series of debugging was carried out, including adjusting the accuracy of sleepers and tracks. It is confirmed that trucks will start in July 1, and buses will start in July 10/.
On June 30, 2009, Wenfu Railway was opened to traffic (freight trial operation), which is the first high-speed railway in Fujian Province. It takes 4.5 hours to arrive in Hangzhou and 6 hours to arrive in Shanghai. It not only shortens the distance between Haixi and the Yangtze River Delta, but also provides a fast exit channel for Fujian. The opening of Wenfu Railway also marks that another node of the coastal corridor has been connected in series. After fuzhou-xiamen railway and xiamen-shenzhen railway are fully connected, the corridor will truly connect the three core economic regions in China. The freight car adopts six-axle electric locomotive to meet the requirements of double-deck container trains. After several months of trial operation, the EMU passenger train will be officially put into operation in June+10, 5438.
