Submission of audited and approved documents to the SABER system

Issuance of the PC certificate, which is valid for 1 year.

Phase 2: Shipment CoC Certificate (Cargo Inspection Certificate)

Agency submits Shipment CoC application to SABER system;

Confirms the validity of the PC Certificate;

Pays the Shipment CoC certificate fee;

Issues the Shipment CoC certificate. The certificate is only for the goods imported in that batch.
