Episode 2: Zhou Xiaofeng came out just in time to meet the family of the old gentleman from before. Before the shooting of the drama began, the lead actors entered a number of tertiary hospitals in advance for more than a month of internships and observation, following the doctors to sit in on the clinic, treatment, learning how to communicate with patients, and accumulating experience.
The creative team not only built 8,000 square meters of hospital sets of different generations, including the cardiac center and ICU studios covering an area of 3,000 square meters, but also purchased and rented more than 200 sets of professional medical equipment such as ventilators, anesthesia machines, ECMO, CRRT, etc.

Every surgical scene and every professional action during the filming process was professionally guided by a senior doctor from a tertiary hospital, and was filmed in the operating room of a real tertiary hospital for 25 days.
