Calculation of all risks of construction works and third party liability insurance

I. The insured amount of the construction all risks insurance is the total amount from Chapter 100 of the bill of quantities (excluding the premiums of the construction all risks insurance and the third party liability insurance) to Chapter 700, and the insurance premium rate is quoted at 2.5~3.0 ‰;\x0d\ II. The minimum insured amount of the third party liability insurance is 1 million dollars, and the insurance premium rate is quoted at 2.5~3.0 ‰. \x0d\ Chapter 100 of the bill of quantities contains a breakdown of the payment of the above insurance premiums, which will be calculated by the bidders based on the above insurance rates and entered into the bill of quantities. \x0d\\ The premiums for all insurance policies taken out other than the above All Risks Insurance for the works and Third Party Liability Insurance are to be borne and paid by the Contractor and are not to be listed separately in the quotation.
