What's the difference between an electric injection molding machine and an oil press?
Advantages of the motor: clean and sanitary, convenient for 5S, and good motor stability, because the servo motor itself is data controlled, with extremely high precision. As long as the material temperature rises, it can be produced immediately without waiting. Disadvantages: the servo motor itself is not powerful, and there is generally no large-tonnage motor. The motor with the largest tonnage I contacted was Nissin NEX8000(460T) oil press. Advantages: the pressure generated by the liquid itself is strong, so the oil press is generally very powerful and can be used to produce general and high-precision parts. The solid oil press is much more than 1000T, but the motor is not. Disadvantages: Oil presses are prone to oil leakage, and the biggest problem is poor hygiene. When starting in winter, there are requirements for the temperature of working oil. In general, when the temperature is low, the machine itself is slow and unstable. In general, the temperature of working oil should be controlled below 45 degrees.
