(1) LNG receiving station

The natural gas industry in mainland China is a rapidly growing industry that is in its early stages of development. Due to the shortage of local natural gas resources in mainland China, LNG has already occupied a larger share of the natural gas market. play an important role in. Therefore, the construction of a second LNG receiving station in Fujian Province is in line with market demand. The LNG receiving station constructed in Haixi Ningde Industrial Zone will be an integral part of the provincial high-pressure pipeline network in Fujian Province, which is conducive to the construction of gas supply safety and complements the Putian LNG receiving station. LNG resources, relying on CNOOC’s international resource acquisition capabilities, are solved through import (LNG ship transportation). The market covers eastern Fujian, northern Fujian, Jiangxi, southern Zhejiang and Taiwan Island.

It is planned to build a 3 million tons/year LNG receiving station. The construction includes a dedicated LNG terminal, 4 LNG storage tanks, and supporting process equipment and pipelines. The total project investment is approximately 6 billion yuan.

(2) LNG power generation project

Construct an LNG power plant in conjunction with the LNG receiving station to provide power guarantee for the Ningde Industrial Zone in Haixi and even the eastern Fujian region. It is planned to build a 4×350MW gas-steam combined cycle unit in the first phase, and the second phase project will be started in due course depending on market conditions to build a 4×350MW gas-steam combined cycle unit. The generated power is integrated into the East China Power Grid, and the steam is used by the petrochemical industrial park. The total project investment is approximately 10 billion yuan.

(3) LNG cold energy utilization project

Relying on the cold energy generated during the LNG gasification process at the LNG receiving station in Haixi Ningde Industrial Zone, through effective utilization, the following projects can be carried out :

(1) LNG cold energy separation of air

Using LNG cold energy for air separation, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen and liquid argon can be produced. Using LNG for pre-cooling can reduce the size of the compressor, eliminate the need for turbines, and reduce energy consumption and investment costs.

(2) Cryogenic processing of agricultural products

Use the deep cooling energy of LNG to produce liquid nitrogen, use liquid nitrogen to quickly cool agricultural products at low temperature, and carry out low-temperature ultra-fine crushing (such as wood processing into High-quality pulp raw materials and food are ultrafinely crushed to make space food), increasing the added value of agricultural products.

(3) LNG refrigerated warehouse

Build a low-temperature cold storage near the LNG receiving station to use the cold energy of LNG to freeze food. Compared with traditional low-temperature cold storage, this method has the advantages of less space, less investment, clear temperature gradient, and easy maintenance.

(4) LNG cold energy power generation

According to the natural gas delivery conditions, the gas turbine method or the direct expansion method can be used. The utilization method of LNG cold energy gas turbine is to use the cold energy released by LNG gasification to increase the output and efficiency of the gas turbine unit according to changes in ambient temperature and air density. The direct expansion utilization method of LNG cold energy usually involves LNG being processed, gasified, and heat exchanged, then entering the turbine to directly expand and perform work to drive the generator set to generate electricity.

(5) LNG cold energy liquefied carbon dioxide

Liquid carbon dioxide is widely used in welding, fire protection, frozen food, soft drinks, etc. The process of using LNG cold energy to produce liquefied carbon dioxide is the same as Refrigeration equipment is simple and can operate at lower pressures.

(6) LNG cold energy low-temperature drying and crushing

LNG cold energy can be used for low-temperature drying and is mainly used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. LNG cold energy can also be used for low-temperature crushing of products such as waste tires, waste rubber, and waste plastics to achieve comprehensive utilization of resources.
