I. Preface

I once read an article about Zhou Xun, when she was a student, her teacher asked her if she had ever thought about what she would be like in 10 years, and what she should do now in order to realize her goals. The teacher's question caused her to think y, so she began to look at herself and set goals to achieve success step by step. The teacher's words also caused me to think: Yes, what will I be like in 10 years? What should I do with my life? Mediocrity is a kind of life, have goals and planning is also a kind of life, I think, as a college student, we should choose the latter life to realize their own value, not in vain parents, teachers, the country's training. I will talk about my point of view from the following self-awareness, career awareness and career planning three aspects.

1 Environmental Analysis

1) Family Environment Analysis

Family Economy The family's financial situation is good; the family is healthy. My father is working but unstable; my mother is at home to take care of the housework; my brother is in the upper division and my brother and I are the biggest financial burden in the family.

2) School environment analysis

Nanyang Medical College of Higher Education, formerly known as Nanyang Health School, was founded in 1951 and was upgraded to Nanyang Medical College of Higher Education in May 2004 with the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.

The school now covers an area of 1,058 acres, with a school building area of 381,000 square meters and fixed assets of 410 million yuan. The total value of teaching and medical equipment is 138 million yuan, of which 2300 sets of teaching equipment are worth 45.77 million yuan. The library has a collection of 609,000 books and more than 1,300 journals in Chinese and foreign languages. The magazine "National Medical Forum" was founded for public distribution at home and abroad, which is a central forum for researching the doctrine of Zhongjing and the basic theories of Chinese medicine. It has built a national first-class Chinese medicine herbarium, medicinal botanical garden, beverage processing plant, Totem book integrated management system and Chinese biomedical database mirror site. The school is equipped with a gigabit campus network, electronic reading room and live surgical demonstration system. It has set up a comprehensive laboratory center, which contains seven comprehensive laboratories for functional, morphological, basic and clinical medicine and one modern education technology center.

The school has built three affiliated hospitals with 1050 beds. The First Affiliated Hospital has 2 municipal research institutes, 6 treatment centers and 8 key specialties, of which cardiac surgery is a provincial key specialty. It has 520 sets of large-scale advanced medical equipments with a total value of 100 million yuan. The Second Affiliated Hospital is a specialized hospital featuring elderly care and rehabilitation. The Third Affiliated Hospital is a provincial second-grade Chinese medicine hospital featuring mainly Chinese medicine and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, with two research institutes, one treatment center and four key specialties. The three affiliated hospitals undertake all the clinical teaching tasks and provide guarantees for students' internships and apprenticeships.

3) Social Environment Analysis

With the implementation of the drug classification and management system, the quantity and quality of licensed pharmacists in China are increasingly required and in greater demand. At present, the country has more than 26,000 licensed pharmacists, has formed a certain scale of licensed pharmacist team, but is still far from meeting the needs of society. According to statistics, the future of the domestic shortage of licensed pharmacists will reach 200,000, and now drug practitioners with or without the licensed pharmacist qualification treatment gap is gradually widening, in the near future will also realize the international mutual recognition of certificates, to become an international "pass"

1) The second year of college:

2)Third year of college:

Entering pharmaceutical factories to learn about pharmaceutical procedures. Entering retail pharmacies and drug companies to reach more customers, to understand what people need most and to understand people's psychology. Finally, enter hospitals. Exposure to more patients, enrich their clinical experience in the use of drugs.

3)Five years after graduation:

Take the licensed pharmacist certificate

4.Alternative Programs

Specialize in undergraduate education after graduation and continue to study the relevant professional knowledge. After graduating from undergraduate school, you can go to graduate school and continue your education. After graduation, you can choose a job related to your specialty or continue to take the license to practice pharmacy.
