1. Turn on the machine
1.1 Turn on the power supply switch on the user's wall to send power;
1.3 Turn on the power switch to start the Hydrogen Oxygen Generator;
1.4 The power supply work indicator (Work) should be on, the other lights should not be on, the fan is started and the magnetic pump is working.
If other lights are on, it is a warning or abnormality. The system handles accordingly according to different situations.
a. Add Water indicator light (Add Water) is on (accompanied by a buzzer warning sound), open the water filling cover on the top of the machine, add water from the water filling port to the secondary water tank until the Add Water indicator light is off or the secondary water tank is full. If it is automatically replenished by external water source, the system will automatically open the solenoid valve to replenish water from the external water source to the sub-tank until it is replenished to the specified position, please make sure that there is water in the external water source and there is a certain pressure.
b. Lack of water indicator (Lack Water) is on, it means the main tank is out of water. Wait for the system to automatically refill the main tank with water from the secondary tank (about 0.5 minutes).
c. Over Temperature Indicator Light (Over Temperature): It means that the electrolyzer is over temperature protection when the machine was running last time, and it has not cooled down yet, continue to wait until this fault indicator light is off.
d. Over Pressure indicator light (Over Pressure): This means that the last time the machine was shut down, did not let go of the remaining gas, at this time, you should open the valve of the gas equipment, let go of a part of the remaining gas, otherwise, in the next step of the operation (set the current of the electrolysis), the host panel does not show the set current, but the no-load current.
e. Pump Running indicator light (Pump Running): indicates that the machine is replenishing water to the main tank or anti-fireback tank, is normal. The pump running light should be on for no more than 3 minutes, if more than 3 minutes, it is abnormal, the possible reason is that the secondary tank is short of water, resulting in the high pressure diaphragm pump can not pump the water in the secondary tank, can not complete the replenishment requirements, so the pump has been running to try to pump the water in the secondary tank.
2 Setting gas production After turning on the power switch and completing the self-test of the hydroxide generator (about 10 seconds), you can set the gas production. The method is as follows : Turn the current adjusting knob clockwise slowly, the meter indicates the change of the gas production value, and set the appropriate gas production according to the gas consumption (if the last setting is used, you can leave it unadjusted).
Machine in the normal use of gas in the use of the process, the machine's pressure gauge should be higher than 0.03Mpa lower than 0.14Mpa.
3. Ignition Slowly open the gas valve of the gas equipment, with the back of the hand to try the gas equipment's gas outlet, there is a clear gas pressure output can be ignited.
Ignition can be by lighter or igniter. It is recommended to use a lighter to ignite the fire (lighters are available in hotel kitchenware stores and are used to light hotel kitchen stoves). When lighting the fire, no part of the body should be located within the range of the gas outlet to prevent burns from the high temperature hydroxide flame. It should be ignited from the side of the gas outlet.
4. Turning off the flame When the appliance is not used for a long time, the flame should be turned off.
5. Switching off 1) Make sure that the gas appliance is switched off.
2) Turn off the power switch.
3) Turn off the power switch on the user's wall.
4) Open the gas valve of the gas equipment, and close the gas valve of the gas equipment after emptying the residual gas in the hydroxide generator.
