What if Xiaomi smart plug can't connect to wifi?

If Mijia Smart Plug Basic Edition, Mijia Smart Plug Enhanced Edition or Xiaomi Mijia Smart Plug WiFi Edition cannot connect to WiFi, we suggest that you:

1. Mijia smart plug does not support 5g WiFi； for the time being;

2. The name of 2.WiFi can't be Chinese, can't have special characters and can't be hidden. The encryption method needs to be WPA/WPA2 Personal Edition, and it does not support password-free WiFi connection.

3. The router cannot open the wireless access control or anti-collision network.

4. Reset the socket and reconnect it;

5. If you still can't connect after resetting, you can try to change to another network.
