Diagnostic and therapeutic projects refer to medical technical labor projects and diagnostic and therapeutic projects, such as ultrasound examinations, using medical instruments, equipment and medical materials. There are five categories of medical treatment items that are not paid by the basic medical insurance fund:
One is the category of service items. These include: registration fee, out-of-hospital consultation fee, medical record cost, etc.; visit fee, examination and treatment expediting fee, surcharge for named surgery, quality and premium fee, self-invited special nurses and other special medical service fees.
The second is the category of non-disease treatment programs. Including: a variety of beauty, fitness programs and non-functional cosmetic and orthopedic surgery; a variety of weight loss, weight gain, height projects; a variety of health checkups; a variety of preventive, health care treatment programs; a variety of medical consultation, medical appraisal.
Third, diagnostic and treatment equipment and medical materials. Including: the application of positron emission tomography (PET), electron beam CT, ophthalmic excimer laser therapy and other large-scale medical equipment for the inspection and treatment program; glasses, dentures, eye prostheses, prosthetic limbs, hearing aids and other rehabilitative appliances; health care, massage, inspection and treatment equipment; pricing departments can not be charged separately for disposable medical materials.
Fourth, the treatment program category. Including: all types of organ or tissue transplantation of organ source or tissue source; kidney, heart valve, cornea, skin, blood vessels, bone, bone marrow transplantation outside of other organs or tissue plant; myopia orthopedics; qigong therapy, music therapy, health care nutritional therapy, magnetic therapy and other complementary therapeutic projects.
Fifth, other categories. Including: a variety of infertility (pregnancy), sexual dysfunction diagnosis and treatment program; a variety of scientific research, clinical verification of the diagnosis and treatment program.
