B) Graduated from a university and engaged in relevant professional work for 5 years or more;
C) Master's degree or above, engaged in relevant professional work for 3 years or more;
D) Doctor degree or above, engaged in relevant professional work 1 year or above.

Article 26 Conditions for authorizing the signatory
(a) have the necessary professional knowledge, familiar with the relevant inspection standards, inspection methods, inspection procedures and audit procedures within the scope of authorized signature, and be able to make an accurate evaluation of the inspection results. In the position responsible for the correctness of the test results, I have some experience in the management of medical device testing institutions.
(two) familiar with the accreditation methods, conditions and obligations of medical device testing institutions.
(three) to understand the provisions of the maintenance and periodic calibration of testing equipment within the scope of authorized signature.
Article 27 The authorized signatory shall enjoy the following rights
(a) have the right to approve the medical device inspection report within the scope of authorized signature and sign the report.
(two) have the right to supervise and guide the inspectors to sign within the scope of authorization.
(three) have the right to refuse to sign the inspection report that does not meet the requirements.
(four) have the right to review the test process documents within the scope of authorized signature to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
