I. Contraindications to vaccination
The contraindications to vaccination of minors with the new coronavirus vaccine are the same as those of the adult population. Children can not be vaccinated with the new crown vaccine if they are: allergic to the active ingredients of the vaccine, any of the inactive ingredients, the substances used in the production process, or allergic to the same type of vaccine in the previous vaccination; previous severe allergic reactions to the vaccine; suffering from uncontrolled epilepsy and other serious neurological disorders; fever, or suffering from an acute disease, or an acute exacerbation of a chronic disease, or a severe chronic disease that is not under control. patients with severe chronic diseases; and the rest of the conditions that are assessed by the vaccination staff as unsuitable for vaccination.
Second, before and after vaccination precautions
People under 18 years of age need to be accompanied by a guardian throughout the vaccination, and carry the guardian and the child's identity documents; the whole process of wearing a mask, a meter line and other personal protection.
Pre-vaccination: guardians need to understand the new crown disease and the new crown vaccination related knowledge, for the child to bring the relevant identity documents, if there is a vaccination certificate please also carry; avoid children before vaccination fasting, tired, remind the child that day to wear loose-fitting clothes to facilitate the vaccination.
After arriving at the vaccination site: before vaccination, we should truthfully inform the vaccination doctor of the health condition of the vaccinee and contraindications to vaccination, through the doctor's assessment and the guardian signed the informed consent form to be vaccinated; after vaccination, we should stay at the site to observe for 30 minutes, to confirm that there is no abnormality before you can leave; if you feel unwell, please inform the doctor in a timely manner.
After leaving the vaccination site and returning home: if the child has an adverse health condition, report it to the vaccination unit and seek medical attention in a timely manner; within 1 week, the child should eat a light diet, take a good rest, and avoid excessive exercise and exertion.
