After the completion of the project, the company immediately passed the environmental protection completion acceptance of the construction project organized by the Environmental Protection Department of Jiangsu Province. Report on the Cleaner Production of Jin Huasheng Development

The company has gradually carried out the work of cleaner production in recent years. According to the requirements of clean production, combined with the actual situation of the company's production, we consider the whole process of product design, production, use and recycling, with the purpose of energy saving, consumption reduction, pollution reduction and efficiency increase. On the basis of economic and technical feasibility analysis and on-site inspection, we adopt the clean production program with low/no cost program, low capital investment and obvious environmental and economic benefits. The following cleaner production programs are mainly implemented.

a. Regional cooperation to improve sludge disposal and turn waste into treasure.

By increasing sludge treatment equipment and reducing the water content of sludge from 73% to less than 60%, the weight and volume of sludge are reduced by nearly 30%. Then the sludge is transported to the screw conveyor by loader, and then transported to the boiler by conveyor belt for incineration, which not only generates part of the heat, but also the calcium carbonate in the sludge can be used as raw material for desulfurization of the boiler, which not only reduces the emission of solid waste, but also reduces the amount of limestone and consumption of coal, and realizes the small cycle of solid waste in the production process of the plant. The total investment is about RMB 2.2 million, and the annual saving is about RMB 3.2 million. It also cooperates with the sewage plant in the park to incinerate the sludge produced by the sewage plant in the park.

b. Carry out water reuse work to make full use of water resources.

Paper production process produces a large amount of wastewater, although the treatment is better than the national level of emission standards, but still has a certain impact on the environment. Through the investment of 2 million yuan, special laying of water reuse pipeline, the treated wastewater for the plant part of the equipment cleaning water and watering flowers and trees, instead of part of the equipment rinsing with water, in order to reduce the company's water consumption and wastewater emissions. At present, it saves 1,600 tons of water per day and reduces wastewater discharge by 1,600 tons per day.

c.Recycling carbon dioxide in exhaust gas to produce calcium carbonate.

The company needs to add light calcium carbonate in the process of paper production, in 2004, the company and the United States Specialty Minerals Limited joint venture to build an annual output of 110,000 tons of light calcium carbonate project, which uses the carbon dioxide contained in the boiler exhaust gas and calcium oxide reaction, and then screened to produce light calcium carbonate for the production process. It not only reduces the emission of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide, but also makes full use of the waste heat of the boiler exhaust gas. According to statistics, the project can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 48,000 tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by 110.98 tons per year.
