During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, the Ministry of Science and Technology launched a key project of the Science and Technology Support Program - "the construction and application of Chinese personal health management information system" (referred to as the "Blue Card" project), aimed at improving the level of science and technology in the field of health management in China to promote the improvement of people's health. During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, the Ministry of Science and Technology launched a key project under the Science and Technology Support Program - "Construction and Application of Personal Health Management Information System for Chinese People" (referred to as "Blue Card" project), aiming to improve the scientific and technological level of China's health management and promote the improvement of people's health. As the core research content of the project, "Blue Card" is to promote personal health record data storage cards (i.e., "Blue Card") that can meet the needs of different groups of people on the basis of the construction of Chinese people's personal health management information system. The mobile medical examination vehicles (i.e., the "Blue Vehicles") are equipped with domestic medical examination instruments and equipment, such as ultrasound, electrocardiographs and fundus cameras, with the aim of providing grass-roots organizations with high-quality, inexpensive door-to-door medical services. The combination of "blue card" and "blue car" can better serve the people.
