Chongli County Public Security Bureau: maintenance of emergency evacuation order, maintenance of public security in temporary settlements, the exercise site traffic control.

(xi) Relevant requirements

Three, the drill organization
1. time schedule
June 28th issued script, June 29th clean up the site, July 5 and July 8, 8:30, the participating units into the scene, 10:00 pre-drill. 10:00 preview. July 7 to complete the pre video editing and shooting; July 10, 8:30 participating units to arrive at the designated location, 9:30 visiting units to arrive at the venue, 10:00: the exercise began, is expected to be 11:30 end of the exercise.
2. Traffic control matters
Please prepare the public security department in advance, the day of the exercise, 8:00 to the end of the exercise (about 12:00) traffic control, 9:30 before the exercise, hanging the exercise access sign vehicles can enter the exercise area. 9:30 to the end of the exercise (about 11:30), prohibit all vehicles from entering the exercise area.
3. Dispatchers
Drill site all the participants of the vehicle to listen to the dispatcher's command, scheduling mainly by semaphore. Dispatchers do not enter the ingested video scene, try not to make a sound.
4. camera

5. Explainer familiar with the script in advance
The scene relies on the order of the appearance of the exercise personnel vehicles to regulate the progress of the explanation, Wang 07 dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the progress of the explainer, the use of semaphore, etc., the main: slow down the progress of the rapid end of the paragraph, wait, the next paragraph begins.
6. The venue set up a meeting reception team
Participants listen to staff arrangements, visiting vehicles hanging exercise car markings into the exercise area, in the coordination of staff parking, vehicle parking to the guest parking lot, listen to the management of the arrangements.
7. Exercise vehicles
8:30 into the designated location, all vehicles parked on the right, listen to the Wang 08, Wang 03 dispatcher arrangements, in advance of the order of the exercise in order to depart. All vehicles put unit name tags.
Order:
Phase 1: County Land and Resources Bureau monitoring vehicles, monitoring station vehicles (point P 03).
The second stage: the leadership of the participating bureaus vehicles, in order of land, public security, civil affairs, housing, health, fire, Xiwanzi Town, the county government, the leadership of the bureaus with cufflinks (bureau team town name), the commander-in-chief with the "commander-in-chief" cufflinks (P 03 points).

9. At the end of the exercise
Vehicles leave the field in the following order: visiting guests, vehicles of the leaders of the participating bureaus, emergency vehicles of the participating bureaus, work vehicles, traffic control vehicles. The dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the order of vehicle departure.
10. Exercise schedule plan

6. Emergency Response, Emergency Investigation

7. Emergency meeting and activation of the plan

9. Personnel resettlement, emergency response

10. Discharge of the critical state
