Suspected of being stabbed by HBV-infected sharps, should be injected as soon as possible with the highly effective antibody against the Hepatitis B Virus and the Hepatitis B Vaccine; In case of suspected HCV-infected sharp object stabbing, HCV antibody test should be done as soon as possible after stabbing, and HCV RNA should be detected 4-6 weeks later;

In case of suspected HIV-infected sharp object stabbing, relevant specialists should be consulted in time, prophylactic medication should be given according to the expert's opinion, HIV antibody should be detected as soon as possible, and periodic retest (e.g. 6 weeks) should be performed as recommended by the specialists. Periodic review (e.g., 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months, etc.). During the follow-up period, especially in the first 6-12 weeks, the vast majority of infected people will develop symptoms, so during this period it is important to be careful not to donate blood, donor organs and breastfeeding, and to use condoms when having sex.

Skin, mucous membranes, cornea contaminated:

Skin should be rinsed immediately with soap and running water if it accidentally comes into contact with blood or body fluids or other chemicals; if the patient's blood or body fluids accidentally get into the eyes or mouth, rinse them immediately with a large amount of water or saline;
