First and business class passengers traveling to Japan are allowed to check two pieces of ordinary baggage free of charge. Each piece of ordinary baggage must weigh less than or equal to 32 kilograms (70 pounds).
Economy class passengers to Japan can check two pieces of ordinary baggage free of charge. Each piece of ordinary baggage must weigh less than or equal to 23 kilograms (50 pounds).

Ordinary Baggage Free Check-in Allowance
(1) Dimensions
Each piece of ordinary baggage must be less than or equal to 158 centimeters (62 inches including pulleys and handles) in the sum of three sides.

4 PhoenixMiles members
Passengers of PhoenixMiles Lifetime Platinum Card, Platinum Card, Gold Card and Silver Card who travel in First Class or Business Class are entitled to check one piece of ordinary baggage free of charge on top of the original free baggage standard, and the weight must be less than or equal to 32 kg (70 lbs.); and passengers who travel in Economy Class are entitled to check one piece of ordinary baggage free of charge on top of the original free baggage standard. When traveling in the economy class, you can check one additional piece of ordinary baggage free of charge on top of the original standard of free check-in of ordinary baggage, and the weight must be less than or equal to 23 kg (50 lbs).
5 Star Alliance members
Star Alliance Gold passengers can check one additional baggage free of charge on top of the free baggage standard of the original class, and the weight must be less than or equal to 23 kg (50 lbs).

We will limit the maximum volume and/or weight of baggage to be brought into the cabin.
Each First and Business Class passenger is allowed two carry-on items and each item must not exceed 8 kg (17 lbs) in weight;
Each Economy Class passenger is allowed one carry-on item and each item must not exceed 5 kg (11 lbs) in weight. Each carry-on item must not exceed 55 centimeters (22 inches) in length, 40 centimeters (16 inches) in width and 20 centimeters (8 inches) in height on three sides, and is guaranteed to fit in the enclosed luggage rack above the cabin of the aircraft or under your front seat.

Folding or electronic wheelchairs used by passengers during the journey
Electric and electronic wheelchairs are checked as checked baggage. Both are free checked baggage and are not counted in the free checked baggage allowance. If a passenger needs to use a wheelchair during the check-in process, the wheelchair will be handed over at the gate when the passenger boards the plane, with Air China's permission.
Wheelchairs with leak-proof batteries - ensure that the batteries do not short-circuit and are securely mounted on the wheelchair.
2. Wheelchairs with non-leak-proof batteries - the batteries should not be mounted on the wheelchair and should be packaged in protective packaging. The packaging should be leakproof and secured to the pallet or cargo hold with straps, mounts or brackets. Dry ice, liquid beverages, liquid cosmetics and daily necessities
Can be transported either as checked or carry-on baggage. Dry ice should be refrigerated at low temperatures and the total weight of dry ice should not exceed 2.5 kilograms (5 pounds) per passenger. According to CAAC regulations, each passenger is not allowed to carry more than two bottles (each bottle should not exceed 500 ml) of carbonated beverages, mineral water, tea, milk, yogurt, fruit juices, etc. Passengers may purchase beverages while going through airport security or in compliance with the restrictions.
