My design ability is not strong. I don't like design very much, I don't have much design experience, and I have no own style and creativity. Later, when doing special topics and enterprise stations, you need to design many renderings and pictures, and gradually turn yourself into a person with many ideas about design. Now I like to look at some websites with award-winning photography or design works. As the manager of R&D department, the personal work goal is not only to realize the efficient completion of engineering projects, the steady improvement of product quality and the timely response of customer service, but also to establish an excellent R&D team, coordinate the communication problems between departments and improve their overall quality. First, the status quo of R&D team

At the beginning of the year, we had a research and development team of xx Group, and X R&D personnel were responsible for the research and development of xx products. The research and development and promotion of newly developed products of medical devices and fixed assets have not been guaranteed in time, and the product promotion and improvement plan has not been completed; For the drug management system, it is expected that the product development of the newly developed and upgraded version will not be carried out and completed in time; For xx management system, related product planning, function expansion and product promotion were not completed in time.

There are too many preset goals, too scattered goals and too many things that R&D wants to do. But when I landed, I found that there was either a lack of energy, a lack of manpower, or other reasons, which led to a pile of semi-defective products. If you don't promote it, you will waste your experience and forcibly promote it. You can't meet the requirements of users, or you can only meet the needs of some users. Subsequent renovation and upgrading work can not continue, resulting in a slow pace of new R&D upgrades.

We always focus a lot of energy on how to use and learn some new technologies and how to develop new products with wider business scope, but lack the real ability to refine our existing business products, optimize products, consolidate product foundation and improve product deficiencies. However, the reality may also be like this. We are always obsessed with the shiny things, and often ignore the intrinsic value of the transaction.

Fourth, the research and development plan for next year

First of all, we should further optimize the function of the drug supply chain management system, improve product promotion and optimize product implementation. Secondly, improve the medical record management module of outpatient doctor station to realize the convenient development and further optimization of product functions. Finally, the new xx standard mobile cross-platform product development is realized for single business modules such as triage call system, multimedia medical guidance system and mobile equipment inventory system.

However, with the strong support of the company's leaders and the strong assistance of the company's personnel department, a large number of R&D talents were recruited for the company. According to the needs of the company and the principle of choosing the best among the best, the R&D department is gradually leaving and consolidating a strong professional R&D team through continuous efforts. However, because the newcomers are not familiar with the company's products and their professional basic knowledge is weak, the training task next year is still relatively heavy. However, I believe that with the support of the company leaders, our department will definitely overcome difficulties and eliminate problems, so that the staff of all departments can achieve rapid improvement in professional research and development in the new year.

Two. Complete all tasks assigned by the company.

Due to various reasons, this year's work is difficult with heavy tasks and tight time. However, through the correct guidance of the company's leaders and the concerted efforts of all the staff of the whole department, Qi Xin, sincere cooperation and unremitting efforts, all tasks are basically guaranteed to be completed with high standards and strict requirements within the time specified by the company. Third, the product.

The fourth is process innovation.

After the new concept was established, high-precision equipment was purchased, which created conditions for technological reform. Because the original equipment is relatively backward, the original production technology can no longer meet the current production practice. With the strong cooperation of all departments of the company, our department has carried out bold reforms on the original technology. This innovation reduces unnecessary production processes, improves production efficiency and saves costs for the company. At present, the original welding production process has been reformed. However, it is still necessary to innovate the cover welding process, which is also a key point of next year's work.

Looking back, the achievements are gratifying, but the achievements belong to the past, and the tasks in the future will be even more arduous. While looking at the achievements, there are also some problems that need to be solved urgently in our department. For example, it takes a long time to improve the professional knowledge of new employees, the innovation task of old technology is still heavy (such as filling workshop), the innovation of production research and development is slow, and the research and development of new technologies is less, which is the focus of next year's work.
