Recipients supported by the People’s Voice of Ear Charity Fund
1. Patients whose hearing loss in both good ears is greater than or equal to 60dBHL and who need air conduction hearing aids can use hearing aids for free for 6 months.
2. For patients whose hearing loss in both good ears is greater than or equal to 60dBHL, who use air conduction hearing aids for six months and have poor results, and who require cochlear implant surgery, a subsidy of 5,000 yuan per person will be provided. For patients with profound deafness (hearing loss in both good ears greater than or equal to 80dBHL) who need cochlear implant surgery, a subsidy of 5,000 yuan per person will be provided.
3. Patients with microtia who need to wear bone conduction hearing aids will receive a subsidy of 2,000 yuan per person
Applicants need to provide the following information
1. ID card And a copy of the household registration book, poverty certificate or minimum living allowance or disability certificate (bring it with you if necessary), and 2 one-inch photos.
2. Relevant audiology examination.
Infant and child patients need to provide acoustic impedance, otoacoustic emission, short tone ABR, short pure tone ABR, bone conduction ABR, ASSR, and behavioral audiometry results when necessary.
Adult patients need to provide pure tone hearing threshold, acoustic impedance, otoacoustic emission, short sound ABR, bone conduction ABR, ASSR), ear CT and head MRI results.
Application process
1. The patient calls the consultation hotline of the International Medical Center of Henan Provincial People's Hospital to make an appointment for the assessment and review. Then the patient brings the required information and relevant examination results to Henan Visit the International Medical Center of the Provincial People's Hospital for accurate diagnosis.
2. After experts and foundations evaluate and review the information, patients who meet the funding requirements and need to use air conduction hearing aids will be provided with free hearing aid subsidies and three follow-up services. After the patient uses it for 6 months, the hospital and fitting institution will issue an evaluation report to determine the precise solution for the patient.
3. After experts and foundations evaluate and review the information, patients who need cochlear implant surgery can receive a subsidy of 5,000 yuan per person after the surgery at Henan Provincial People's Hospital. Provide the information required for the subsidy as required by the foundation. After verification, the relief funds will be allocated to the patient's designated bank account.
4. After experts and the foundation evaluate and review the information, the foundation will provide a subsidy of 2,000 yuan per person to patients with microtia who meet the funding requirements and need to wear bone conduction hearing aids. Provide the required information as required by the foundation, and after verification, the relief funds will be allocated to the patient's designated bank account.
