2. Exhibitor qualifications:
Tourism management agencies, tourism associations, healthy tourism demonstration bases, tourist attractions (spots), travel agencies, airlines, tour companies, hotels and hotel groups, resorts, tourism media, medical research institutions, medical equipment, pharmaceutical manufacturers, related Medical associations, health examination companies, traditional Chinese medicine health care, rehabilitation and health care, leisure health care, anti-aging institutions, beauty and fitness companies, health care companies, etc.
Note: Medical-related exhibitors must have relevant business licenses and other documents issued by the country where they are located.
3. Qualification confirmation
After receiving the application form and all booth fees from the applicant before July 15, 2009, the organizer will confirm the applicant's qualifications to participate in the exhibition and issue a "Booth Confirmation Letter", "Exhibitor Guide", "Booth Allocation Map", etc. Relevant information. The confirmed booth cannot be transferred or rented, and products that do not match the ones applied for during registration cannot be displayed on site.
4. Booth allocation
The organizer will allocate booths according to the registration order, purchase booth area and refer to the needs of the exhibitors, and notify the exhibitors in writing of the booth number. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the booth location. If the exhibitor changes the booth area after submitting the application form, it must notify the organizer in writing (with official seal), otherwise it will be deemed invalid.
5. Withdraw from the exhibition
(1) Units that request to withdraw from the exhibition or change the booth area must submit a written application to the organizer on July 20, 2009+.
(2) 20% of the cancellation fee will be deducted when canceling the exhibition.
(3) No refund will be given for written withdrawal applications received after July 20, 2009 (based on the postmark) or for units that do not attend the trade fair.
(4) The fees charged by the bank when refunding will be paid from the refunded items. All refunds will be scheduled after September 30, 2019.
