Conditions for the approval of Chinese medicine integrated clinics:
I. Personnel
(1) at least one practicing physician, and meet one of the following conditions:
1. with the category of Chinese medicine, "Physician's Qualification Certificate", and registered to practice in medical, preventive and health care institutions for five years, in good health;
2. with the "Chinese medicine (expertise) Physician's Qualification Certificate", registered to practice in accordance with the law, in good health.
(2) to carry out the activities of Chinese medicine dispensing, at least one qualified Chinese medicine technician.
(C) set up medical technology departments, each room at least one health technician of the appropriate specialty.
Two, housing
(a) clinic floor area of not less than 40 square meters, health technicians per capita area of not less than 10 square meters;

Three, equipment
(a) basic equipment: diagnostic beds, diagnostic tables, diagnostic chairs, pulse pillows, stethoscopes, sphygmomanometers, thermometers, tongue depressors, autoclave sterilization equipment, sewage buckets, ultraviolet disinfection equipment;
(b) with the scope of diagnosis and treatment to carry out the other equipment (including traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic and therapeutic equipment) and the necessary first aid equipment.
Four, there are various rules and regulations, personnel job responsibility system, there are nationally developed or recognized medical technology operating procedures, and available in book form. For compliance with the "Basic Standards for Medical Institutions", in line with the local medical institutions set up planning, obtaining the qualification of licensed physicians and practicing in medical, preventive and health care institutions for five years, in line with the other circumstances specified by the health administrative department intends to set up a private medical institution of the legal person, should be submitted to the local health care department of the following materials:

Legal basis:

Article 16 The registration of the practice of medical institutions shall be handled by the administrative department of health of the people's government that approves its establishment.
The practice registration of medical institutions set up in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of these Regulations shall be handled by the administrative department of health of the people's government of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the central government where it is located.
Organs, enterprises and institutions set up for internal staff services clinics, clinics, health clinics (rooms) of the practice of registration by the county-level people's government of the local health administrative department.
Article XVII of the main matters of the registration of medical institutions:
(a) name, address, principal person in charge;
(b) form of ownership;
(c) diagnostic and therapeutic subjects, beds;
(d) registered capital.
Article 18 of the local people's government at or above the county level, the health administrative department from the date of acceptance of the application for registration of practice within 45 days, in accordance with these regulations and the basic standards of medical institutions for examination and approval. Qualified audit, to be registered, issued "medical institutions license"; audit failed, the results of the audit will be notified in writing to the applicant.
