Work style: Foreign companies pay more attention to employees' personal management and work performance, and promote fast decision-making and flexible changes, which makes employees focus on efficiency in the work process, and more involved in the company's business activities, which also brings some additional challenges.
3. Salary and Benefits: Foreign companies are also relatively better in terms of salary and benefits, usually providing employees with more space and resources for career development, and more favorable benefits such as healthcare, insurance, and pension.
Whether or not foreign workers actually enjoy benefits such as excellent perks and no overtime varies from company to company.
