2. Stage fee
Stage fee refers to the supervision unit according to the construction progress of the project to the owner of the fee. Usually divided into four phases: pre-preparation phase, construction preparation phase, construction phase and completion phase. 3. Award and penalty fee
Award and penalty fee refers to the supervision unit according to the quality of construction, progress, safety and other aspects of the assessment results, to the owner of the incentives or fines. The amount of award and penalty fee is usually 10%-20% of the supervision fee.
Supervision fee calculation method

2. Volume-based billing
