3. It has business equipment or facilities suitable for the variety and quantity of food it deals in, and has corresponding equipment or measures such as disinfection, changing clothes, washing, lighting, ventilation, corrosion prevention, dust prevention, fly prevention, rodent prevention, insect prevention, washing, wastewater treatment and garbage and waste storage.
4. There are full-time or part-time food safety management personnel who have been trained in food safety knowledge and passed the examination according to law; If it is a large and above restaurant, school, kindergarten canteen, or a canteen of an institution, enterprise or institution with more than 500 people, it needs to be equipped with full-time food safety management personnel.
5. There are rules and regulations to ensure food safety, reasonable equipment layout and technological process, to prevent cross-contamination of food to be processed with directly imported food, raw materials and finished products, and to avoid food contact with toxic substances and impurities, as well as other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
