Article 2 The production of special equipment (including design, manufacture, installation, transformation, repair), operation, use, inspection, testing and supervision and management of the safety of special equipment, the application of this law.
Article 18 of the State in accordance with the principle of supervision and management of special equipment production license system. Special equipment production units should have the following conditions, and by the department responsible for the supervision and management of special equipment safety permit before engaging in production activities: (a) with the production of appropriate professional and technical personnel; (b) with the production of appropriate equipment, facilities and workplaces; (c) have a sound quality assurance, safety management and job responsibility system.
