Types of non-tendering procurement Usually used mainly include bargaining procurement, direct procurement, fixed-point procurement and inquiry procurement. 1, bargaining procurement: refers to the procurement based on patents or specific conditions, and individual suppliers to negotiate the procurement. Buyers and sellers face-to-face bargaining, so it is called bargaining. 2、Direct Purchase: A procurement method in which contracts are signed directly without competition in a specific procurement environment. 3、Specialized Procurement: The designated supplier is determined through bidding, and the term is basically one year. 4, inquiry procurement: also known as "comparison of goods", refers to the purchasing organization to the relevant domestic and foreign suppliers to issue a request for quotation to let their quotations, and then on the basis of quotations to compare and determine the winning supplier of a procurement method.
