Production of film are required to learn those software?

PowerPCB, AutoCAD, PADS2000, Protel and other versions of the series of design software to convert Gerber files. Production software: Genesis2000, CAM350, V2001, ParCAM, GC-CAM and other CAM software (any one of the CAM software to produce film).

Film output process

.Cvb104 { display:none; } The output process is mainly soft film output and proofing and printing process control.

1, the maximum density and minimum density of the soft film

The soft film output should be in line with the requirements of the printing plate, for all kinds of soft film, the manufacturers have the maximum density and minimum density instructions. And, SWOP, ISO and CGATS organizations all provide standards for flexible film for printing.

2, proofing string 9

Color proofing is only a simulation of the printing process, so the proof sheet is not a very accurate print match sample. Therefore, the proof sheet should include the following items:

(1) live contact name, address and person in charge.

(2) The correct document description.

(3) Proof product and type of equipment (is it heat transfer, thermal sublimation, or inkjet, or analog printing, etc.)

(4) Proofing intent (position only, or separations, or color simulation)

(5) Proof date.

(6) Exposure and color control bars.

3, analog proofing

The process of analog proofing is most similar to the printing process. Generally Mr. into the exposure of soft film, and then through the exposure of the printing plate and ink transfer process, resulting in an extremely close approximation of the printing process with the sample, so the proofing effect is the most illustrative. String 8

4, digital proofing

Directly from the data files through inkjet printers and other equipment imaging to generate samples, and sometimes also generate dots. However, the current effect is still far from the printing sample. String 3

5, plate

Including analog and digital version of the two categories.

Analog plate is a version of the soft film image tanned onto the plate according to the exposure mechanism. This type of plate includes two major categories:

(1) Negative plate: the dot on the plate is slightly larger than the dot on the negative image.

(2) Positive plate: the dot on the plate is slightly smaller in mid-tone than the value of the dot on the soft film.

Digital plate mainly refers to the direct plate making method without the use of soft film.

Direct plate making equipment consists of two types:

(1) Internal Roller CTP equipment - the plate is stationary during the imaging process, while the beam of light produces movement under the action of the drive shaft.

(2) External roller CTP equipment: the plate rotates during the imaging process, while the beam remains stationary.

The type of plate is either photosensitive or thermal type, generally the exposure light source is visible (488nm-532nm) or ultraviolet (833nm-1064nm), and the imaging size ranges from 11*17inch to 60*80inch
