Maintenance and use:
1, equipment maintenance. During the long-term operation, the dust sampler may not work normally due to the rust of parts and instruments. The staff should regularly (half a year) inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the oil injection pipe of the dust sampler to lubricate the scraper pump. In addition, an elastic rubber gasket should be installed in the sampling head of the dust sampler, and a new hose should be replaced in time when the hose is aging. Finally, as a kind of equipment and instrument, dust sampler may have some errors after long-term operation, and a large amount of dust will accumulate inside. The staff should do a good job in the daily cleaning of the dust sampler, insist on correcting the dust sampler flowmeter every year, ensure the accuracy and precision of the dust sampler flowmeter, and make the dust detection more real and effective.
2. Power supply maintenance. At present, most dust samplers on the market use AC power supply and DC power supply. Because of the different working principles and modes of the two power supplies, different maintenance methods and means should be adopted according to the actual situation when daily maintenance of the dust sampler is carried out. When the dust sampler uses AC 22V power supply, the staff must be equipped with 30 ~ 50m long waterproof glue coil. Always check whether the wires are safe. When the lead colloid is aged or cracked, it should be scrapped and replaced with a new lead in time, which effectively avoids the possibility of dust sampler failure caused by pipeline aging. In addition, the staff should have a test pen and several fuse tubes suitable for the sampler at hand. Once the fuse tube of the dust sampler fails, the staff can replace it in time to ensure the normal work of the dust sampler. When the dust sampler uses DC power supply, such as lead-acid battery, maintenance-free battery, cadmium-nickel rechargeable battery, etc. The staff should ensure that the dust sampler is fully charged. At the same time, due to the small capacity and short charging time of some batteries, the staff must always check the charging situation of the batteries and cut off the charging power supply in time to avoid overcharging the batteries of the dust sampler. In addition, the staff should put latex tube on both ends of the battery of the dust sampler to cut off the current and prevent the battery from being short-circuited. Finally, if the dust sampler is idle for a long time, the staff should do a good job in maintaining the internal battery and arrange a special person to charge it every month to effectively avoid the battery aging caused by the long-term suspension of the dust sampler.
3. Maintenance of sampler frame. At present, most dust samplers use cameras or special brackets for cameras. Although this kind of bracket is small in size and light in weight, due to its limited bearing capacity and insufficient strength, it often falls down during actual operation, which is likely to damage the absorption tube or internal parts of the dust sampler. Therefore, in order to effectively solve this phenomenon, the staff can adopt the following methods: for example, adding aluminum sheets or rubber washers at the telescopic bayonet of the dust sampler bracket to increase the bearing capacity and friction, or drilling and installing movable iron bolts at the bayonet, or in order to avoid the collapse of the dust sampler, the staff can directly fix the telescopic legs of the sampler bracket at the frequently used height with screws, which can fundamentally solve the phenomenon that the dust sampler falls due to loose bracket or weak connection.
