1 Introduction

Wuhan Union Medical College Hospital was founded in 1866, is currently one of the country's long history of hospitals. As the original hospitalization facilities of the hospital are difficult to adapt to the development needs, in order to improve the hospitalization environment for patients, a new surgical ward building is now being constructed.

During the construction of the surgical ward building, the "Hospital Clean Operating Department Building Technical Code" GB50333-2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "Code") was implemented in December 2002, for this reason, according to the Code, we deepened the design of the purification and air-conditioning system for its clean operating department.

2 Project Overview

Wuhan Union Medical College Hospital surgical ward building construction area of 76,000m2, building height of 126.3m, two floors underground, thirty-two floors above ground. ***There are 800 beds in the building. The Department of Surgery is located on the third to eighth floors, of which the third floor is the anesthesiology office and auxiliary rooms in the operating room, the fourth and fifth floors are the operating room, the sixth floor is the operating room equipment floor, the seventh floor is the ICU ward, and the eighth floor is the refuge floor and equipment floor. Surgery Department *** set up 42 operating rooms, including 3 level I operating rooms, 6 level II operating rooms, 21 level III operating rooms, 10 level IV operating rooms, 2 infected operating rooms; seven ICU wards with 37 beds.

3 Plan layout of the operating department

The clean operating department is designed to control microbial contamination of patients. There are many ways to control contamination, a reasonable building layout and people, logistics routes set up is very critical. Patients, doctors, nurses, equipment and surgical items before and after surgery are required to enter and exit the operating room, that is: pre-surgery patient flow, post-surgery patient flow, pre-surgery staff flow, post-surgery staff flow, the use of pre-surgery aseptic equipment flow, the use of post-surgery equipment flow. According to these six types of people and flow, it can be divided into a variety of plane types.

Based on the overall plan of this building, combined with China's current national conditions, fully embodies the clean and dirty flow, the shortest process of the eight principles of architectural design will be designed for the Department of surgery corridor recycling type (see Figure 1). This arrangement type separates the dirt flow line independently, and the post-operative items are recycled by the peripheral corridor. 4 Cold and heat source of the operating department

The cold and heat source of the operating department is supplied by the refrigerator room and heat exchange station located in the second basement. Among them, the freezer room ad hoc a water-cooled screw-type refrigeration unit for the Department of Surgery over the transition season for the supply of cold. 5 Department of Surgery purification air conditioning system

Reasonable purification air conditioning system is to ensure that the entire Department of Surgery in a controlled state of the important links. Clean operating department requires the system to be able to control the indoor temperature, humidity, cleanliness, bacteria and harmful gas concentration, air distribution of the operating room and auxiliary rooms of all levels, to ensure that the indoor personnel need the amount of fresh air, to maintain a reasonable indoor air flow, to maintain a reasonable and orderly pressure gradient in the Department of Surgery.

5.1 Location of the purification unit

The hospital's operating rooms are concentrated on the fourth and fifth floors, and due to the requirements of the floor area, it is not possible to set up a layer of equipment layer for each operating room. Therefore, the purification units of the operating rooms on the fourth and fifth floors are located in the sixth floor equipment layer. The purification units of the ICU on the seventh floor are placed in the space of the refuge floor on the eighth floor. Thus, the sixth equipment layer is dedicated to setting up the purification unit, and the equipment is centrally arranged to realize the centralized control of the air-conditioning unit of the operating department, which is convenient for future operation and management.

5.2 Flow of the purification system

The flow of the purification system is shown in Figure 2.

(1) Class I and II operating rooms are each set up one-to-one with a purification unit, and class III and IV operating rooms are set up with a purification unit corresponding to two or three operating rooms, and corridors and auxiliary rooms are set up with a purification unit according to the partitioning; the purification level of the dirt aisle is considered in accordance with the clean aisle. Each of the two ICU units on the seventh floor has a purification unit.

(2) Class I operating room adopts the leakage-blocking air supply ceiling for clean operation, and the top is sent to the lower side; Class II and III operating room adopts laminar air supply ceiling, and the top is sent to the lower side; Class IV operating room adopts the high-efficiency air supply outlet, and the top is sent to the lower side; the clean aisle and auxiliary rooms adopt the high-efficiency air supply outlet, and the auxiliary rooms are sent to the lower side, and the aisle is sent to the upper top; the ICU and related auxiliary rooms adopt the high-efficiency air supply outlet; the corridor and related auxiliary rooms use the purification unit according to the partition; the purification level of the dirt aisle is considered in accordance with the clean aisle. ICU and related auxiliary rooms use high-efficiency air supply vents to send air, and the upper top sends the upper top back.

(3) Centralized control of fresh air zones, fresh air is sent to the return duct of each purification unit after centralized treatment and mixed with the return air, and air volume valves are set on the return duct and the fresh air branch pipe.

(4) Each operating room is equipped with an independent direct air outlet, the equipment level sub-systems are set up to exhaust fan discharge; each exhaust pipe is set on the air volume valve.

(5) In order to ensure that the operating room noise indicators, in the purification unit of the supply and return air ducts are set up two sanitary broadband muffler.

5.3 Configuration of purification unit:

Purification unit with mixing section, surface cooling section, humidification section, fan section, medium filtration section, air section, electric heater for air reheat is located in the purification unit on the air supply pipe.

The fresh air purification unit is equipped with medium efficiency filtration section, sub-high efficiency filtration section, surface cooling section and air outlet section.

5.4 Control of purification system:

(1) Each purification unit is equipped with a set of two-way control valve, a set of temperature and humidity probe, the two-way control valve is set in the unit on the return main pipe, temperature and humidity probe is set in the operating room on the return main pipe, temperature and humidity probe collects signals and then passes them to the DDC, which then controls the opening degree of the two-way control valve through the set temperature. The DDC then controls the opening degree of the two-way control valve through the set temperature.

(2) The DDC carries out priority control of humidity, in summer working condition: the new air table cooler carries out a cooling and dehumidification first, and the new and return air mixes and carries out a second cooling and dehumidification in the air handling unit until the humidity meets the standard set by the DDC, and then the DDC works through the auxiliary electric heater to achieve the set temperature and humidity. In winter condition, the air is humidified by wet film humidifier to make the humidity meet the requirement.
