In recent years, the hospital has been actively exploring the road of public hospital reform, with the help of the "Eleventh Five-Year" major scientific and technological research project - "National Digital Health Key Technology and Regional Demonstration and Application Research", constructing "National Digital Health Key Technology and Regional Demonstration and Application Research". The hospital has started the informationization construction since the early 1990s, following the principle of "unified planning, integrated deployment and step-by-step implementation", and has realized the domestic leading hospital information system centering on patients' medical information and aiming at guaranteeing the medical safety, improving the quality of medical care, controlling the medical cost and improving the service efficiency. As the first unit to carry out research and application of electronic medical record in China, the utilization rate of electronic medical record system in the hospital has reached 100%. Meanwhile, the hospital independently develops and researches the clinical path management system based on key nodes, which is a completely novel path management system based on workflow.
