Domestic or foreign request-for-quotations (RFQ) procurement, also known as comparison of goods, is a procurement method in which the procuring entity issues a request-for-quotations (RFQ) to the relevant domestic and foreign suppliers (usually no fewer than three) for them to make quotations, and then compares the quotations and determines the winning supplier on the basis of the quotations.
