Use and maintenance of liquid nitrogen tanks:
1. Liquid nitrogen tanks are only used to hold liquid nitrogen and are not allowed to hold other liquids;
2. Before use Check whether the inside of the container is clean and dry;
3. Use a small amount of liquid nitrogen to pre-cool before filling with liquid nitrogen;
4. When used for long-term storage, liquid nitrogen needs to be replenished regularly. The replenishment timing should generally be when the remaining amount of liquid nitrogen is one-third of the total capacity;
5. It is strictly prohibited to place objects on the container lid and seal the neck;
6. When putting in or taking out frozen items, try to keep the tank mouth open for a short time to reduce liquid nitrogen consumption.
Note: Liquid nitrogen is an ultra-low temperature liquid (-196°C). If it splashes on the skin, it will cause frostbite like a burn. Therefore, protect yourself when filling and taking out liquid nitrogen. To prevent frostbite; other plugs cannot be used instead of special tank lids, nor can sealed plugs be used to prevent liquid nitrogen from continuing to evaporate. Instead, the nitrogen pressure formed will increase, causing damage to the container; when checking the liquid level in the container, use a practical plastic small Insert a stick or solid wooden stick into the bottom and take it out after 5 to 10 seconds. The length of the frost is the height of the liquid level.
