1. Is the license complete?
When entering a hearing aid store, the first thing to do is to check whether its Business License, Tax Registration Certificate and Medical Device Business License are officially authorized by the manufacturer. This is a must for every hearing aid business place, and it is usually posted in a conspicuous place, which is clear at a glance. Important, because hearing AIDS are 2 and medical devices, every hearing aid shop must have a medical device business license before it can open. The official authorization of the manufacturer depends on whether this is really recognized by the head office, and now it depends on whether the hearing aid fitter has the hearing aid fitter qualification certificate. Hearing aid fitters must be trained to obtain certificates before they can serve the outside world. Pay attention to whether the items written on the license are true, such as whether the address written on the license is the store you entered. For a store without a license, the boss may say that the license is being processed, and you have to wait until it is finished before coming to the store. If the boss talks nonsense about "we don't need a license", then you should leave at once.
2. Is the hardware complete?
Audiometer, programmer (including cable and computer, etc.). ), audiometer room, hearing aid simulator: these are the basic hardware of hearing aid stores. Although many hearing AIDS have the function of built-in audiometer at present, they can't replace audiometer for hearing evaluation because of their narrow bandwidth, difficulty in measuring discomfort threshold and inability to measure bone conduction. And if there is no audiometer, it also means that the store is too weak. Choice is risky. The hearing aid simulator simulates the effect of the hearing aid you are wearing. There is no ready-made machine for you to audition in custom machine, so the effect can only be heard by simulator first, but the cost is very high, and it is not equipped in general hearing aid stores.
So if you have the above four items, you can continue to consider the configuration of the machine through hardware. If you lack any of the above four items, you can also prepare to leave.
3. The software is in good condition
Software includes fitter's technology and service:
4. Service
Service can be subdivided into service items and service attitudes.
Services include pure tone audiometry, bone conduction audiometry, hearing aid cleaning and maintenance, eardrum production, hearing aid effect evaluation, discomfort threshold and so on. It depends on whether the hardware is complete or not. Without an audiometer, even the best scientist can't measure it.
