Where is the best place to produce Tieguanyin?
Tieguanyin originated in Anxi, Fujian, but even Tieguanyin, which is also produced in Anxi, has different characteristics in different producing areas, among which Xiping, Gande and Xianghua are the most representative places.
Xiping producing area 1
Tieguanyin produced in Xiping has a strong aroma and sweet taste. Whether it is the entrance of the cup or the entrance of the tea soup, the rich aroma can make the room fragrant. In addition, the Tieguanyin taste of fragrant flowers is very positive, and the taste of tea can fill the whole mouth after entering, without any taste other than tea, including fire and sour taste.
How to distinguish three producing areas?
Xiping is not alpine tea, so its color is rich and golden, which is not as good as the latter two. Gande and fragrant flowers are both alpine teas.
